This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Team Manager to lead a regional team.

The recent introduction of the National Approach to Statutory Advocacy promises to raise the profile of advocacy in Wales. As such this is an opportunity to develop and promote the Mid and West Wales Service across the region.  

Candidates must have an interest in children’s rights and supporting children to have a voice. You will have strong management skills and experience of leading a team and multi-agency working.
